Open and Distance Learning (ODL) is a mode of education delivery that removes the barriers of time, distance, and geographical location. It empowers learners to access quality university education from anywhere through digital technologies, blended learning approaches, and self-paced study modules.

Application Process
Getting started with MTU ODeL is simple. Follow these steps to begin your journey.
Obtain Application Form
Purchase the application form online or at the ODeL Centre office. Application fee is ₦10,000.
Complete the Form
Fill out all required fields accurately. Upload passport photograph, O'level results, and other credentials.
Submit & Get Screened
Submit your application online. Eligible candidates receive an invitation for the screening exercise.
Accept & Enrol
Upon admission, accept your offer, pay tuition fees, and gain access to the Moodle LMS to begin classes.
