Promoter Program: Terms & Conditions

This document outlines the terms for participation in the MTU ODeL Promoter Program. By registering and participating, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The MTU ODeL Promoter Program rewards individuals who successfully refer new students. As a registered promoter, you will earn a commission for each student who fully enrolls using your unique referrer code. The program is open only to formally registered and approved promoters.

  • Referral Method: To be credited, a new student MUST input your unique referrer code during their initial payment and registration. Referrals cannot be retroactively added.
  • Commission Rate: You will receive a one-time payment of ₦20,000 for each qualifying student who fully enrolls for the academic year.
  • Verification Process: Commissions are not automatic. All referrals are subject to a mandatory verification and "health check" by the institution. This process confirms the student's full enrollment and payment.
  • Payout Timeline: Payouts will be processed within 180 (2nd Semester) business days after the referred student's verification is finalized.

  • Honest Representation: You must provide accurate and truthful information about MTU ODeL's programs and policies. Exaggerations, false promises, or misleading information are strictly prohibited.
  • Ethical Marketing: You must not engage in spamming, unsolicited bulk emails, or any other aggressive marketing tactics. All communication must be professional and respectful.
  • Data Privacy: You are prohibited from collecting or storing personal information of potential students without their explicit consent. You must comply with all relevant data protection laws.
  • General Conduct: You must not engage in any disgraceful or unethical practices that could damage the institution's reputation.

  • Disqualification: The institution reserves the right to immediately disqualify any promoter found in violation of these terms. This may result in the revocation of all earned commissions and permanent expulsion from the program.
  • Program Changes: The institution reserves the right to modify these terms, the commission amount, or to terminate the program at any time. Any changes will be communicated to all registered promoters.
